Web (Desktop) based Application, focuses on smart public bus transportation the preferred mode of public transport for citizens in various Indian cities, starting with Indore and is to Smart Bus deployment and Route optimization. It is a Monopoly product in the public transport industry It helps in successful demand planning and route optimization. It improves the customer satisfaction, profitability and efficiency. It is a web application and futuristic mobile app. It alerts transportation planner for deployment decisions
Problem Statement
- * Government’s Public Transport Department are finding difficult producing accurate, meaningful information to support decision making.
- * The management needs to have accurate data to justify the need for timely Fleet scheduling, Fleet maintenance, Passenger occupancy, On Peak and Off Peak hours and Unforseen events that could affect the performance of the transport operations.
- * They all want to be data driven, but it’s almost like it’s data overload,” with numbers and excel sheets.
