Home Care Assistance - Home Care Assistance (HCA) is a mobile native app that provides a simple and easy to use interface for the caregivers.
Problem Statement
Home Care Assistance (HCA) currently has a web application built on ReactJS and used by their caregivers on mobile devices. There are some issues and gaps, mentioned below, with the present web application.
- * Some offices/caregivers opt for workarounds to using app
- * Redundant care notes
- * Schedule updates
- * Schedule reliability
- * App requires network/Wi-Fi to function
- * UX for non-tech savvy users
