Automate Next - Current scenario in this project the user fills questionnaire forms manually and it will consume more time, effort, rework and difficult to track the forms, so the user is looking for a smart application and enable data reuse via integrations with data lake that provide easy way to fill the forms and retrieve that forms.

- * User need to fill too many physical forms.
- * Difficult to track Form application.
- * Difficult to maintain number of forms.
- * Unable to edit the forms.
Solution
- * Tab approach based on decision tool.
- * Need to achieve all types of forms in a template.
- * Remove Prev-Next button , Clear , Preview based on Decision tool.
- * Can be saved even if the mandatory fields are not filled.
- * User need a skip option to skip the form.
